Hi guys! I’m Anna Katherine Christian. I currently live in Birmingham, Alabama and I’m studying Psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mental health advocacy has been a huge passion of mine ever since middle school. I have personally struggled with mental illness for most of my life. As a young adult in my early twenties, I feel like there isn’t enough talk about mental health and how common it is among people my age. I am establishing this blog as a platform to speak out about mental health and help shatter the stigmas against it. This is a safe space for people to learn about and share everything mental health related!
